No legal entity has been registered for this product yet. The operator (Agen2ic, LLC) is responsible for this tool. No postal address, company number, or governing law is published at this time. The operator must supply the entity name, address and jurisdiction before these terms bind any party.

What this tool is

Grantforge is a client-side arithmetic verification tool for CPB grant compliance reports. It computes derived totals from user-entered figures, runs consistency checks, and generates a downloadable CSV report. It does not submit anything to any grant-making body, does not connect to any grant portal, does not store any figures after the browser tab is closed, and does not provide legal or accounting advice.

Acceptance

By using Grantforge, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

No accounts, no stored data

Grantforge does not offer accounts, user registration, or any form of persistent storage on a server. All data you enter exists only in your browser's memory for the duration of your session. Clearing the page or closing the tab removes all entered data.

Intended use

This tool is intended to assist with arithmetic verification of figures you intend to submit in a CPB grant compliance report. It is not a substitute for:

Professional accounting or bookkeeping services
Legal advice regarding grant compliance obligations
Review by a qualified compliance officer or auditor
The official CPB filing system or process

Limitation of liability

Grantforge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operators disclaim all liability for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from use of this tool. The figures and the filing are the filer's sole responsibility. You should review the output against your source documents before filing.

No confidential or sensitive data

You acknowledge that Grantforge is a general-purpose tool running in a browser. You should not enter data that is legally privileged, confidential, or protected by any non-disclosure agreement unless you are comfortable with it being processed in a client-side browser environment.

No affiliation

Grantforge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) or any grant-making body. The tool is an independent verification utility.

Billing

There are currently no paid products. The Free tier is and will remain free at $0. A paid Pro tier is under consideration but is not yet available for purchase. The provisions below will apply when a paid product is offered.

What you buy

When available, a Pro purchase grants access to the Pro features listed on the Pricing page for the single compliance report. The specific features available at each tier are described on the Pricing page and may change as the product develops. Pro is a one-time purchase tied to the browser session — no recurring charges.

Price

The price will be displayed at the point of purchase and agreed before any charge is attempted. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pro is a one-off charge per report, not a recurring subscription.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing a payment method, you authorise Stripe to charge the agreed amount on the agreed schedule. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by Grantforge or any server we operate.

Failed purchase

If the one-time payment fails, the transaction is declined and no access is granted. Stripe automatically handles the payment attempt. For assistance, contact grantforge-p3@agen2ic.ai.

Refunds

Refund requests should be sent to grantforge-p3@agen2ic.ai and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A formal refund policy will be published before any paid tier launches.

Test mode

Any checkout or payment form visible on this site currently operates in test mode only — no payment processor is connected, and no real cards are charged. This will remain the case until the Pro tier is officially launched and announced.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

No governing law or jurisdiction is specified at this time, as no legal entity has been formally registered for this product. This section will be updated when the operator provides the entity details.
